After years as the head of Universal Music Publishing Group and peermusic Canada, Jodie founded CCS Rights Management; a company built on the philosophy of hard work, dedication and an artist-first attitude. The new company is meant to be a place where writers, artists and performers not only receive outstanding administrative service but are provided creative service that suits their individual needs. Each deal is as unique as each artist, and CCS prides itself on providing a distinctly hands-on approach.
Over the years Jodie’s artists have received awards and accolades from the Juno Awards, SOCAN Awards, Country Music Awards, Much Music Video Awards, Grammy Awards and Latin Grammy Awards. Jodie sits on the the Board of Directors of the Canadian Music Publishers Association (CMPA) where he has served as President for many years. In 2013, he was elected to sit on the ICMP Board (International Confederation of Music Publishers). Jodie is the co-founder of the Unison Benevolent Fund.
