When are my statements made available?

Statements are available as soon as payments are issued and distributions are closed for each quarter. Royalties are distributed to CMRRA clients on a quarterly basis; March 15, June 15, September 15, and December 15. An email notification will be sent to the appropriate contact to advise you on when your statements become available.

To access your new format royalty statements and summaries, you first must log into your CMRRA Direct Account. Once logged in, hover over the ROYALTY STATEMENTS option on the CMRRA Direct Menu Bar and select View Statements. Why is there an option for an electronic statement file but no file is available?

If you option an electronic statement file which indicates “There is no file”, it means you have not received royalties from that source for that particular distribution. Please refer to your Income Summary by Publisher report for specific details regarding the source of payments for that distribution.
