The requirements are similar to the Standard MLA Format except for small changes under the Administrative Requirement and the Advance against Royalties Payable.
Under this system, a pending list will be required no later than six (6 months) from the date of execution of the Agreement. The pending list is an accurate cumulative listing of all unlicensed recording which details the unlicensed songs, the cumulative number of units and royalties payable.
The Advance against Royalties Payable will not be required under this method as it is already the basis of this system.
